At Shoulders, we strive to deliver an exceptional dining experience from the moment you make
your reservation. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before booking.

Reservations

Cancellations with Refund Eligibility:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation are eligible for a full refund.

How to Cancel:

  • To cancel and request a refund, you must call and inform our management team directly at 077 787 6780 during business hours.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation, or failure to show up, will not be eligible for a refund.

Gift Cards

  • All gift card purchases are final.
  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on gift cards.
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Additional Information

  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
