Reservations
Cancellations with Refund Eligibility:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation are eligible for a full refund.
How to Cancel:
- To cancel and request a refund, you must call and inform our management team directly at 077 787 6780 during business hours.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation, or failure to show up, will not be eligible for a refund.
Gift Cards
- All gift card purchases are final.
- We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on gift cards.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Additional Information
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
