Bookings & Reservations
- All table bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- We may require a deposit for group reservations or special event nights.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule reservations in unforeseen circumstances.
Payments
- Payments made via our website are processed securely.
- Prices are subject to a 10% service charge and government taxes. These charges are not included in the listed prices.
- Final billing will reflect actual consumption at the venue if a prepayment or deposit was made.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Customers may cancel their reservation with at least 24 hours’ notice to be eligible for a full refund (if applicable).
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Gift Cards & Promotions
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period.
- Only one offer/promotion can be used per transaction unless otherwise mentioned.
Customer Responsibilities
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly within the venue.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any individual who violates house rules or creates disturbances..
Liability
- Shoulders shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from services rendered unless due to proven negligence.
- We recommend all guests safeguard their belongings during their visit.
Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
